1

Heat oven to 325°F. Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil beyond pan edges. Prepare DOT'S Cinnamon Pretzel Crust.

2

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl, beating until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Pour mixture over crust, smooth top. Lightly tap pan on counter to release any air bubbles.

3

Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

4

Using foil as handles, lift cheesecake from pan. Cut into 16 bars. Using a star pastry tip and heavy-duty (freezer) food storage bag or pastry bag, pipe a dollop of whipped cream in the center of each bar. Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake. Makes 16 servings.
