Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Coarsely chop chocolate candies, set aside.

Whisk eggs, butter, heavy cream, brown sugar substitute and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in almond flour and salt, blending well. Fold in chopped chocolate candy.

Drop heaping tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet.

Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until edges are light brown. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely.
