1

Reserve 2 Tbsp. chopped chocolate for later use. Microwave remaining chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until almost melted, stirring every 30 sec. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Set aside.

2

Beat whipping cream in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow creme; beat until stiff peaks form. Add milk; beat just until blended.

Whipping Egg Whites or Heavy Cream

When a recipe calls for whipping egg whites or heavy cream, the instructions often specify beating until you get “soft” or “stiff peaks.” To check, stop the mixer completely and slowly lift the beaters or whisk out of the bowl. A mound should form where the beaters or whisk are removed. If the tip of the mound falls over, it's considered a soft peak. If the tip stays pointing straight up without falling over, it's considered a stiff peak.

3

Spoon about 2 tsp. crushed grahams into each of 8 (5-oz.) paper cups. Top grahams in each cup with 3 or 4 marshmallows, about 2 tsp. melted chocolate and 3 Tbsp. whipped cream mixture. Use back of spoon to smooth whipped cream mixture in each cup. Repeat all layers.

4

Top with reserved chopped chocolate, and remaining crushed grahams and marshmallows. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon into center of ingredients in each cup for handle.

5

Freeze 4 hours or until firm. To remove pops from cups, use scissors to cut slit in paper in top of each cup. Carefully tear off paper to reveal frozen pop. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.)
