    vegetable oil
  • 3 tsps
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup
    milk
  • 4-5 pieces
    JOLLY RANCHER Freeze Dried Watermelon coarsely broken (optional)
  • Watermelon Frosting:
  • 1 cup
    butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup
    JOLLY RANCHER Watermelon Syrup
  • 4 cups
    powdered sugar

Directions

mixing together dry ingredients including all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt
adding an egg and egg white into the dry ingredient mixture
adding vanilla extract into the wet ingredient mixture
adding flour and milk into the wet ingredient mixture
divide mixture and pour into paper cups
remove cupcakes from oven and ensure cupcakes are done baking
place cupcakes on a wire rack to cool
pipe frosting onto each cupcake and top with a jolly rancher gummy
unwrap jolly rancher hard candies and place in a bowl filled with water
Tip

Syrup can be made the night before without heating by placing candies in water and stirring occasionally.
