Remove wrappers from caramel peanut butter cups. Chop peanut butter cups into small pieces; place in small microwave-safe bowl. Add corn syrup and water.
Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 10 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 5 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until candy is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
