Heat oven to 250° F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Position 3 pretzels in shamrock shape on prepared sheet for each pretzel treat desired. Add pretzel stick for stem. Place caramel piece in center of shamrock so that it touches edges of all pretzels.
Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until caramel piece begins to soften, but not melt.* Remove from oven; top with pecan half, pressing down gently so that caramel is connected to all pretzels. Add sprinkles. Cool completely.
