Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Make the graham cracker crust and cool while preparing the brownie mixture.

Place chocolate chips and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute and stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM for 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth when stirred.

Add sugar and stir with a spoon until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and stir until well blended. Spread the brownie mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then place whole chocolate bars evenly over brownies. Turn oven on low broil. Place the square marshmallows evenly on the chocolate until the pan is covered. Place on the middle oven rack for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. Serve warm or cool completely.

Graham Cracker Crust: Place 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp melted butter in a bowl. Stir until combined. Press into the bottom of the foil-lined 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool while preparing the brownie mixture.
