It’s the perfect recipe that encapsulates all of those delicious summer flavors in every bite.

Prevent your screen from going dark while you bake.
Bake Chewy Blondie Cups: Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12 muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper or foil baking cups.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Stir together melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Add eggs; stir until well blended.
Stir in flour mixture, blending well.
Fill each prepared muffin cup about 1/2 full with batter.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned and wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean.
Remove from oven; with back of spoon immediately press indentation into top of blondie to form shallow cup.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Assemble Strawberry Ice Cream Cups: Remove paper liner from blondie cup; place on dessert plate. Top with ice cream, strawberry syrup and sprinkles, if desired. Garnish with HERSHEY'S KISSES Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Candy. Serve immediately.
