Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch pan.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add caramel topping and eggs, beating until thoroughly combined.
Stir together flour and baking soda; gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in 1 cup toffee bits and nuts. Spread batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining toffee bits over surface.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out almost clean and bars are beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
