Prevent your screen from going dark while you bake.
Heat oven to 350° F. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Beat butter and sugar sweetener blend until well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until edges of cookies are set. Cool several minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes 36 cookies.
