Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cocoa and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Fold the chocolate chips into the oat mixture.

Portion the mixture into 4 small covered containers.

Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.

Variation:

Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Stir the oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Fold in the cinnamon chips and pecans. Then, follow steps two and three from the directions above.
