Beat butter, cream cheese and milk in medium bowl until well blended. Stir together sugar and cocoa; gradually beat into cream cheese mixture. Beat until well blended.
Fold in 2 cups whipped topping; spoon into crust. Cover; refrigerate about 3 hours for a soft texture. Place in freezer and keep frozen until ready to serve if a firmer texture is desired. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
