Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in candies. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in granulated sugar. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with tines of fork making a criss-cross pattern.
Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until firm around the edges. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
