BAKE MODE:
Prevent your screen from going dark while you bake.
Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Gradually beat flour mixture into the sugar mixture until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, toffee bits and dried cherries until evenly distributed.
Drop a tablespoon of dough onto lined cookie sheet. (Small ice cream scoop will give the perfect size),
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges of cookies are golden brown.
Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
