    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 cup
    softened butter
  • 1 cup
    granulated sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1
    egg white
  • 2 Tbsps
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup
    rosé sparkling wine
  • 2 tsps
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup
    milk
  • White Chocolate Champagne Frosting:
  • 1 cup
    softened butter
  • 1/4 cup
    rosé sparkling wine
  • 4 cups
    powdered sugar

Directions

White Chocolate Champagne Frosting:

  1. Beat 3/4 cup butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Microwave 1 cup white creme chips and 1/4 cup butter on HIGH for 30 seconds at a time; stir until smooth. 
  3. Heat an additional 15 seconds at a time if needed. Cool slightly if too hot.
  4. Alternate adding white creme mixture, ¼ cup sparkling wine, and 4 cups powdered sugar to butter. Beat until well combined.
