Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups. Chop into small pieces, adding 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, if desired, so that the candy doesn't clump together. If using REESE'S PIECES, chop into small pieces. Place chopped candy in shallow bowl; set aside.

Remove wrappers from ice cream sandwiches. Allow ice cream to soften slightly. Press ice cream edges in chopped candy. Serve immediately or rewrap and freeze until ready to serve.

Amounts can be multiplied.
