2brown paper lunch bags (for each broomstick)

1stick or pencil

Scissors

Ribbon
Step-by-Step Directions

Unfold the first bag by pushing out the base. Keep the sides folded in.

Use scissors to cut thin vertical strips (about 0.5” wide) down the first bag to the base fold of the bag (being careful not to cut the base).

On the second bag, cut thin vertical strips (about 0.5” wide) into the top inch or so.

Fill the second bag with a few pieces of candy and place the second bag inside the fully shredded one.

Place a small stick into the center of the second bag.

Gather up all the strips of the shredded bag around the first bag.

Secure them around the stick with a piece of ribbon.
