Make the Hoop

Print template on sturdy paper such as cardstock.

Cut out net and backboard from template.

Cut off bottom half of miniature cup with scissors.

Wrap printed net design around cup. Secure with glue dots.

Attach cup to bottom of backboard using glue dots.

Attach flat side of clothespin to back of backboard using glue dots. Allow clip side of clothespin to hang below backboard.

Make the Launcher (optional)

Stack 5 popsicle sticks. Secure them by wrapping each end using rubber bands.

Place the stack of 5 in-between 2 more popsicle sticks to create a "+" pattern. Secure in place by wrapping a rubber band in an X pattern around all sticks.

Attach a rubber band to one end of the stack of 2 popsicle sticks.

Now you’re ready to launch HERSHEY’S KISSES Candies into coffee, marshmallows into hot cocoa, or REESE’S PIECES Candies into popcorn. It's up to you!
