    rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 to 3 tsps
    sugar (optional)
  • 1/3 cup
    coconut milk or milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    sliced almonds, toasted

Remove wrappers from candy bars. Cut into small pieces; set aside.

Place oats and sugar, if desired in microwave-safe bowl. Add coconut milk; stir to blend. Microwave at high (100%) 1-1/2 minutes or until oats are plump and milk is absorbed.

Stir in coconut and almonds. Cool slightly; top with reserved candy bar pieces.

Tip

To toast almonds: Heat oven to 350°F. Spread almonds in thin layer in shallow baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown; cool.
