Heat oven to 375°F.

(Tip: Recipe can be made using any of the CADBURY MINI EGGS: Dark, Milk Chocolate or Rainbow.)

Stir together 2-¼ cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt.

Beat 1 cup butter, ¾ cup sugar, ¾ cup brown sugar and 1 tsp vanilla in a large bowl until light and creamy. Add 2 eggs; beat well.

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating well.

Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet or parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

(Tip: For thicker and more flavorful cookies, chill dough for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Allow cookies to warm slightly before baking.)

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
