Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground mustard (optional)

Directions:

Mix 1 cup blue cheese, ½ cup sour cream, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, 1/8 tsp onion powder, 1/8 tsp garlic powder and 1/8 tsp mustard together in a medium bowl. Adjust flavor to taste and serve. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
