REESE’S PIECES Monster Cookies

Beat 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

Add 1 cup peanut butter and 1 tsp vanilla; beat until incorporated.

Add 2 eggs; set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt together.

Pour flour mixture into butter mixture and stir until just combined.

Mix 1 cup chocolate chips, 1-½ cups rolled oats and 1 cup candy pieces into the dough. Hand mixing may be required for this step.

Portion out cookies using a ¼-cup measuring cup, leveled.

Tip: Chill dough in the refrigerator overnight to develop more flavor and a chewier texture.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until bottom edges turn golden brown. Remove from oven to a wire rack and cool completely.
