Mummy Brownies

Heat oven to 350°F. (325°F for glass baking dish). Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl. stir together 2-1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup cocoa, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt.

With a spoon or whisk, stir together ¾ cup of melted butter or margarine, 2-1/2 cups granulated sugar and 2 tsps vanilla extract in a large bowl.  Add 4 eggs and stir well. Stir in flour mixture, blending well. Stir in flour mixture, blending well.

Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. 

Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Cut brownies into 16 rectangles and arrange them on parchment paper. 

Scoop 1 can vanilla frosting into a piping bag or large plastic food storage bag. Cut a medium sized opening and pipe stripes over each brownie, leaving a slight opening in the strips to place candy eyes. 

Place 2 candy eyes on each brownie. Serve immediately.
