Remove wrappers from caramel peanut butter cups. Chop cups into smaller pieces; place pieces and cream in medium microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until cup pieces are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in vanilla. Cool slightly. Serve as a topping over ice cream. Cover; refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1 cup drizzle.
