Directions

Combine 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsps HERSHEY'S Cocoa and salt in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla. Place 2 cups powdered sugar in medium bowl; add cocoa mixture. Beat just until smooth. Use immediately. About 1 cup frosting.
