Directions

Beat together 1 cup softened cream cheese and ¾ cup softened butter in a medium bowl until well combined.

Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Beat to combine.

Fold in pretzel pieces.

Enjoy immediately with pretzels or fruit for dipping , or store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.

Variation:

For a Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip, beat ¼ cup of peanut butter into the cream cheese and butter mixture. Follow remaining directions as written.
