Place malted milk balls in heavy-duty (freezer) food storage bag. Use rolling pin to crush. Pour crumbs onto baking sheet or wax paper.

Pour syrup into small bowl with diameter large enough to fit glass. Dip glass into syrup. Immediately dip glass into crushed candies.

Fill glass with chocolate milk. Serve.
